Automated External Defibrillators (AED) are portable electronic devices that automatically diagnose and treat life threatening cardiac arrhythmias that cause cardiac arrest. Defibrillation is the application of electrical therapy which allows the heart to re-establish an effective rhythm and can save a life. 

The main activity of Lucky2BHere is to place defibrillators and deliver emergency life support training to communities throughout Scotland.
